Clash Meta is software you install on your iPhone or iPad. It runs a local Clash / mihomo core and optional system proxy or TUN. It is not a VPN subscription and not a proxy network operated by Novexura.
You are responsible for every subscription, YAML file, node, and server you import or type in. You must have the right to use those services and must follow the laws that apply to you. Novexura does not provide servers and does not review the content of your profiles.
Do not use the app to break the law, to interfere with others’ networks, or to hide activity you are not allowed to do. The app may be used only in ways that are lawful where you live and where the traffic is sent.
The app is provided as is. Connectivity depends on your device, your network, and the servers you configure. Novexura does not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, Novexura is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the app or of third-party servers you choose.
